Do you ship to my country?
  Missouri Embroidery ships in the United States only.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If you have customized products, it may take up to 14 business days to complete your order then ship it to you.  No order will be shipped until we have received payment.
What is the return policy?
  If your product has been customized, Missouri Embroidery does not offer any returns. If for some reason, there is an error on our end, we will be the first to work with you on correcting for you. Some helpful tips on ensuring accuracy while placing an order online are as following: Before submitting your order, please examine all customization carefully for accuracy including spelling, punctuation, numbers, graphics, colors, sizes and general layout. Your approval states that all information is correct and constitutes permission to proceed with production. At that point, no further changes can be made. We strive for accuracy, but final examination is your responsibility. We will not provide complimentary reprints due to errors not found in the proofing process.
