How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  For any reason, our shipping costs have been miscalculated, we will contact you with the correct information.  At Missouri Embroidery, we do our very best to ensure every item is perfected, however there may be instances that the shipping may have to be recalculated due to an error on our shipping end (i.e. weight or size of a product).  Missouri Embroidery will contact you if an instance like this occurs.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Missouri Embroidery strives to make sure each order is absolutely perfect. We take our time on your order to guarantee the best look possible. Once you have submitted your order for a customized item, there are no returns for that product. If you find you’ve made an entry error; i.e. personalization or address/shipping error you must contact us immediately by telephone 417-889-2221 and email Help@MissouriEm.com. We can not guarantee we can fix everything but we will sure try. As previously stated personalized orders cannot be returned or cancelled since your order has been customized At Missouri Embroidery we understand mistakes happen so if you contact us immediately we can try to make the correction.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  If your product has been customized, Missouri Embroidery does not offer any returns. If for some reason, there is an error on our end, we will be the first to work with you on correcting for you. Some helpful tips on ensuring accuracy while placing an order online. Before submitting your order, please examine all customization carefully for accuracy including spelling, punctuation, numbers, graphics, colors, sizes and general layout. Your approval states that all information is correct and constitutes permission to proceed with production. At that point, no further changes can be made. We strive for accuracy, but final examination is your responsibility. We will not provide complimentary reprints due to errors not found in the proofing process.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
