How do I get my order?
There are 2 ways to get your order: 1-Pick up at Missouri Embroidery (this option has NO shipping). At check out, please choose "In-store pick up at Missouri Embroidery" We will call you as soon as your order is completed and ready to be picked up.
2- Ship your order to you. At check out, please select USPS or UPS ground and your order will be mailed out to you once your order has been completed.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, that means your order was not processed. Please make sure you receive a confirmation e-mail or you will not receive an order.
**ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, THERE CANNOT BE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS AS WE PROCESS THE ORDERS AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THEM. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL OF THE ITEMS ARE MADE CUSTOM JUST FOR YOU!
